After years of sacrifice and expenses, Martha is on the verge of selling the house she renovated for a handsome profit. However, the imminent closing down of the boċċi club opposite her front door threatens to derail the deal​. If the club is sold, it will be developed into yet another block of flats, meaning that her house’s sea view (and the value that goes with it) will be ruined. Upon learning that the club is closing owing to a lack of players in the team, Martha must do what she can to keep tradition alive – at least until she finalises the sale.

The show was first staged in the summer of 2025 and toured across six boċċi pitches as part of the Malta International Arts Festival.
